About me
I am a French π«π· developer expatriated in Montreal π¨π¦ since 2017. Iβve always had several side projects ongoing, and I love sharing what I learn on this blog, on Twitter, or occasionnaly in books.
In September 2022, after 12 years working full-time for companies such as Wealthsimple or National Bank of Canada, I decided to spend my time doing three things:
- Working on freelance contracts,
- Teaching and mentoring junior developers,
- Continuing building side projects, trying to generate some revenue from them.
My main area of expertise is front-end (React, TypeScript) but I love trying new languages and stacks!
Letβs work together!
I am now available for contract work, and can help you or your team in several ways.
π«±π»βπ«²π½ Mentoring
I offer mentoring services for developers. Learn more about it here.
π¨π»βπ» Programming
I have significant professional experience working on front-end projects, especially with React. This website is built with Next.js, and Iβve also used React for most of my projects. I love React so much that I wrote books about it.
π«±π»βπ«²π½ Leading teams
I am used to leading teams of four to eight developers: I can help your team set up a clean architecture (code base) as well as clear processes (tests, code review) to ensure your project does not generate too much technical debt, especially if it is just starting.
π¨π»βπ« Training
I regularly teach students frontend development and love it. I like sharing everything I learn, and would love to have new opportunities to teach people about my areas of expertise (JavaScript, TypeScript, React) during workshops or boot camps.
If you need me for any of these things, or any other one that you think I would be a good fit for, feel free to contact me!
